With over 20 years’ experience in business, from trading Foreign Exchange in the city to building multi million pound property portfolios I like to think I know what works and what works well. With a natural entrepreneurial outlook on life I have been involved in many start-ups all of which have lead me to the creation of RedDoor Homes.
Working in the property industry for over 15 years and in the same town for 9 means I have built up an extensive knowledge about what people want from an estate agent and understand the local market.
With my 10 years’ experience in the property industry and having completed my Level 4 Certificate in Residential Lettings and Property Management last year I am the only FARLA qualified team member. I am also one of only 54 candidates nationally who have achieved the highest level qualification.
Having spent 20 years in the retail industry, I transitioned to the real estate sector in 2012, specifically within the Property Management department. This role demands a broad knowledge of resolving various maintenance issues, along with strong customer service skills. My approach is systematic, ensuring that I can solve problems effectively and efficiently.
Since joining RedDoor Homes, I’ve developed a broad skill set and grown in confidence within a fast-paced property environment.
As an Assistant Property Manager, I’ve gained valuable experience in customer service, multitasking, and time management.
I joined RedDoor Homes in April 2025 as a Trainee Property Manager, making a big career change into the property industry. Although I’m completely new to the role, I’ve embraced the opportunity to learn from the ground up and have quickly found a real interest in how the lettings process works behind the scenes.
I have lived in Rochester for 9 years and have 3 years of experience in the industry. Having worked in Foreign Exchange and Retail for a premium vintage, retail brand. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service and working well under pressure.
I joined RedDoor Homes in September 2024 and brought with me a strong attention to detail, a calm mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service. My background has always been in customer-focused roles, which has shaped how I approach communication, problem-solving, and day-to-day property management.
I joined RedDoor Homes in April 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the construction and street furniture industry into my first role in real estate. I hold a degree in Professional Marketing and have always been passionate about how strong, strategic branding can set a business apart.
I have about 8 months' of experience in all aspects of the business and my role here is a bit more tailored to my strengths of being on the front line, so I am really excited for the future!
I have worked in lettings in the Canterbury area for 7 years and over time have become recognised in the market as a specialist in the student market, I absolutely thrive and love the role, no 2 days are the same, it is manically busy and I feel privileged in my job to meet a wide range of professionals and students from all over the world.
I am currently studying for my degree in Culture, Media and Creative Industries and work at RedDoor Homes to help fund my studies. Their fresh, flexible approach allows me to work around my studies.
I joined RedDoor Homes in April 2025 as the Accounts Team Administrator, bringing with me over seven years of experience in finance and administration. My background includes almost three years working as a Property Manager in the third sector, which gave me valuable insight into both property operations and customer service.
I have over 30 years experience in the accounts industry mainly working in Travel and Tourism which has now helped me in my career transition to property. I am fairly new to the sales, lettings and property management market but I have personal experience of renting, and buying and selling properties.
