I joined RedDoor Homes in September 2024 and brought with me a strong attention to detail, a calm mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service. My background has always been in customer-focused roles, which has shaped how I approach communication, problem-solving, and day-to-day property management.
My style is cool, calm, and collected - even when things get busy. I’m methodical in how I work and always strive to keep both tenants and landlords informed, supported, and reassured.
I'm currently working towards my Level 3 qualification, building on my knowledge and constantly looking for ways to grow and improve. My goal is to provide a consistently high level of service and to be someone both colleagues and clients know they can count on.
