My background has always been in customer-focused roles, which has shaped how I approach communication, problem-solving, and day-to-day property management.

I joined RedDoor Homes in April 2025 as a Trainee Property Manager, making a big career change into the property industry. Although I’m completely new to the role, I’ve embraced the opportunity to learn from the ground up and have quickly found a real interest in how the lettings process works behind the scenes.
