I’m excited to be growing into this new role as part of a supportive and knowledgeable team
I joined RedDoor Homes in April 2025 as a Trainee Property Manager, making a big career change into the property industry. Although I’m completely new to the role, I’ve embraced the opportunity to learn from the ground up and have quickly found a real interest in how the lettings process works behind the scenes.
My current focus is on gaining hands-on experience and building the knowledge needed to support tenants and landlords effectively. I’m enjoying learning new systems, understanding the legislation, and picking up the practical skills that come with property management.
While I don’t have formal qualifications yet, I’m planning to undertake training in the near future to continue developing my expertise. I bring a fresh perspective, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
