1. Promotion Summary

RedDoor Homes is offering new and existing landlord clients up to £1,000 account credit when transferring the full management of a rental property to our services.

You will receive £100 of account credit for every £100 of your property’s monthly rental value, up to a maximum of £1,000.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this promotion:

- The property must be located within an area serviced by RedDoor Homes.

- The property must be transferred to RedDoor Homes' Fully Managed service between [start date] and [end date].

- The property must be fully legally compliant

- There must be no outstanding rent arrears at the time of transfer.

-.The landlord must sign a management agreement lasting at least 12 months, or covering the remaining term of the current tenancy if longer.

Note: Properties on periodic tenancies or with fewer than 12 months remaining will be assessed individually. Credit may still apply, provided a minimum fixed term commitment is agreed.

3. Credit Calculation

The amount of credit awarded is calculated based on the monthly rental value of the property as stated in the tenancy agreement.

Credit is awarded at a rate of £100 for every £100 of monthly rent, up to a maximum of £1,000 per property.

- Example: £625 monthly rent = £600 credit

- Example: £875 monthly rent = £800 credit

4. How the Credit is Applied

- Credit is applied by waiving monthly management fees until the full credit amount has been used.

- Fees will show as £0 until the full value of the credit has been applied.

- Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- If the management agreement is terminated early, normal termination fees will apply as per the contract, and any unused credit will be reversed.

- RedDoor Homes reserves the right to withhold or revoke credit where agreements are ended prematurely or in breach of terms.

5. Exclusions

Properties with existing management or tenancy issues may be excluded at RedDoor Homes’ discretion.

Credit is not available for tenant-find only or part-managed service levels.

The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.

6. General Terms

RedDoor Homes reserves the right to:

- Amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

- Verify eligibility before applying credit.

- Refuse credit where fraudulent or misleading information is provided.

All advertising complies with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the TPO Code of Practice. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
