Brogan Court

I have lived in Medway all my life, and studied at the University of Kent in Canterbury, so I have a personal connection to both areas. My professional background spans 8 years between  project management and childcare and education, giving me a strong mix of organisational, communication and people-focused skills. This career transition to the property management sector allows me to bring these skills together to directly benefit the customer.

My main motivation throughout my career is making a positive difference to those I work with and support. In this case, my team, landlords and tenants. My experience has given me a real understanding of the importance of trust, communication and providing a personal service, and I aim to use the skills developed through my career to create positive and long lasting relationships. 

I have strong attention to detail and love working methodically through a process, ensuring that everything is completed correctly and giving both confidence myself and clients confidence that nothing has been overlooked.

I look forward to studying for the Level 3 qualification, expanding my knowledge of the project management sector and continuing to develop my skills so that I can become a real asset to the team.
