My professional background spans 8 years between project management and childcare and education, giving me a strong mix of organisational, communication and people-focused skills. This career transition to the property management sector allows me to bring these skills together to directly benefit the customer.

My main motivation throughout my career is making a positive difference to those I work with and support. In this case, my team, landlords and tenants. My experience has given me a real understanding of the importance of trust, communication and providing a personal service, and I aim to use the skills developed through my career to create positive and long lasting relationships.
