Set-Up Fee £420 inc. VAT (£350 + VAT)
This one-off fee includes:
  • Drafting a compliant tenancy agreement
  • Securing and registering the tenant’s deposit
  • Managing deposit returns and disputes at tenancy end
Fully Managed
Monthly Fee
12% + VAT (14.4% inc. VAT)
Yearly renewals, full legal compliance handled, monthly rent collection and prompt transfers (within 3–5 working days), monthly landlord statements, twice-yearly property inspections, coordination of maintenance and repairs.

14% + VAT (16.8% inc. VAT)
Everything above, plus rent and legal insurance.

17% + VAT (20.4% inc. VAT)
Everything above, plus zero set-up, re-letting, inventory, and deposit protection fees.

Tenant Find Fee One month’s rent + VAT

We’ll register your tenant’s deposit in a government-approved scheme and manage all relevant administration.
